Broke my tranny, need clutch advice

first off.. i've searched. researched. and read.
My third is TOAST...

Im really leaning towards those PPG's (most likely just 1-4 Syncro)
since im in this area of modding, what would be a decent clutch for the money? What clutch has the best bang for the buck? And keep in mind, i do plan on the occasional launching..

im about to drop $5k on the gears, so a Exedy twin plate is out of the question.. haha.

Thanks All..

ACT Sprung Hub 6 puck...if you choose this clutch just make sure it is the sprung one and not the unsprung one. Sprung is way more street friendly. Do NOT get this clutch unless you are running PPGs or a similarly strong transmission.

I just got the ACT Street Clutch kit for 470(shipped) on ebay. I just got it installed a few days ago and the tq rating is 411 ft/lbs tq. It is a little stiff but I needed something stronger. I previously went through an Exedy Stage 1 clutch and I plan on going with a bigger turbo(and better tranny). The clutch engagement is a little rough, so I'm going to have to baby my it, but overall I like it.

I went with this clutch too w/ the ACT prolite fly wheel. It's a bit rough but your calf's will look fabulous after a month or two.

After driving it for about 500 miles now it's definitely smoother, but your right my left calf will look great, hopefully I don't walk in circles.

wrxman420 is more helpful than not
How are the spec clutch's? I was considering the act street cluch, but the spec stage 2&3 hold more power, and there about the same price.

From what I've heard they're not very good. The guy that told me works at the local tune shop and has gone through 2 of them, so I take his word.
