'02-'03 Transmssion compatibility

Does anyone have any info on which transmissions will directly bolt into a 2003 WRX sedan? For an example, Say I want to put a '02-'03 impreza RS transmission into a '02-'03 WRX. Would it fit? Any changes such as axles or mounts? Maybe a website with interchange information? By the way.... Transmissions are manuals. Thanks in advance, Jason.

I don't think I would want to put a even weaker transmission in there.
As far as if it fits... who knows, it should bolt right up but I don't know of anyone doing this.

I have no intentions on putting a RS tranny in it.Just using it as an example. Im more or less trying to find some info on compatibility. Heck if I had the money I would swap engine and tranny both to STi.

The RS trans does fit...but it uses a push style clutch and the WRX trans takes a pull style...so you would need to convert that
