Allright people, this is my last post.
I'm sick of being treated like a preschool student. Im sick of having to walk on egg shells when posting. You are not free to speak our minds here.
To all the helped me, thank you for your time. the mods on this board need to get off their high horse and loosen the #### up
This is a technical question? At least post your complaints in the correct forum. MOVED
I moderated you because you were rude. I didn't ban you, threaten you, or anything similar. All we ask is that you play nice with each other. If you've got a problem with a moderation, you are ALWAYS welcome to discuss it IN A PRIVATE MESSAGE. Did it ever occur to you that maybe another user had voiced a complaint? That I may be trying to balance more interests here than my own?
You don't want to be treated like a pre-school student? Stop acting like one. Don't run out the door crying when the teacher tells you to stop throwing things at the other children.

For a college student, your post contains many grammatical errors and is based on your personal opinion. If you're going to attack the reputation of an entire website, at least do so using proper English and strong valid points. Very immature.

Well, I'm sure many of you have noticed I have not been on much recently. There are several reason including grad school (yes, I'm just a college student too), work, and being out of town. Engineering tends to take up a lot of your free time. In my field of study, if you don't like the teacher. Tough. Work harder or change majors.
I have also been less motivated to log on for the soul reason that there are those few that have a complete lack of respect. Being a moderator is not something I see as a source of power or much of a privilege. It is something I do to volunteer my time, experience, and a way to give back to the forums that taught me. I stepped up because they needed someone. We were losing good moderators left in right. People move on, and the WRX is not necessarily a lifelong hobby. In fact, I haven't even added a single modification on my WRX for over a year.
The reason for the strictness in posts toward others is because this is a newbie friendly board. Anything that discourages new members from returning hurts this site. Nothing I have witnessed from other moderators have been anything that I would consider unfair at all. I am active on least a dozen other various forums and I assure you, there are no power trips here. I've seen an entire forum shut down, dozens of members banned, and reopened, but divide into two forums because of bad organization, moderation, rules, and drama. Rules are clearly stated, but most tend to not even read them. Warning are given and it wasn't until recently that we needed to temp ban some members to calm them down.
So, for those of you that help others, spend the extra time so your posts are readable, respect others on the board, especially the new ones: Thank you. For the ones that seem to think we're after you. I'm sorry, because we're not. Hopefully you will find a way to co-exist on this forum with all us, but if it doesn't work out that way, best of luck with your future WRX endeavors. If I come across you along the road, just know I'll still wave even when you don't. That's my Subaru code.

Its not that hard to co-exist here. Really...cooler heads prevail. Thanks Jon, I don't doubt for one second that the rest of the mods share your opinions.
