Um... I think Im just Stupid but I've tried three times to upload a pic of my car and I get Upload has failed each time Whats the size?

the size is 150 x 150 pixels or 97.7kb or wichever is smaller

You can resize pics in paint. Just open the image in paint, go to Image. From the drop down menu choose Resize/Skew... Under Resize, you'll see 100 and 100. Choose a smaller number making sure the two match. These will scale down your image by %.
