Question AEM CAI winner?

Hi Gabriel - I completely apologize, but since two full weeks had passed with no response, we went ahead and chose a new winner. I'm sorry. This won't take you out of contention for any future giveaways or contests.

Tampering?.... I never got an "email"
A "PM" doesn't make for an "email"...

Don't realy care, just being honest...

There was no tampering involved by you or anyone else. We simply couldn't reach you via Private Message. I apologize. We usually contact winners via PM first to make sure they're still active on our site before we send an email to verify their email address. We'll make it a little more clear in the next giveaway - again, I apologize for any misunderstanding. And again, there was NO tampering on your part or anyone else here.

After a little more thought, this isn't really an appropriate post here in the forums - I would have appreciated if you had just sent this message directly to me instead of trying to get the community involved. Speculation by the community isn't going to help explain the situation to you any better than I could have directly.

At the very least, if you want to bring a topic or question to the attention of the administration or moderating team, please post it in the Site Feedback forum, not in the other forums.

Since this question was directed toward me, I answered it, and locked it. Anyone who would like more clarification on the issue, I'd be happy to answer your emails or PMs - however, I'd like future issues like this to be directed to me offline please. Thanks guys.
