I was asking if I in my 04 rex would be able to keep up with my buddy in his evo at all. As in would it be close or would he beat me real bad.

The EVO is about a second faster in both the 0-60 and 1/4. Unless he is a very very bad driver... then no.

Quack is more helpful than not
depends on the driver and how much the EVO driver is willing to sacrifice his clutch.

the Evo is very easy to make faster as is any car with a 4G63. One of my buddys is also in the 12's with his EVO with only SAFC, Turbo back, and MBC. I think they mean bone stock though. Here (probably the slowest track in the country due to elevation and extrremely poor air quality) at RMR. Stock Evos are running high/mid 13's.

I think Denver is a tad bit worse. 5,900ft asl.

Bandimerre is faster than RMR, I have run at both tracks and always pull better ET's at Bandimere. It is because RMR is right off of the great salt lake and the slaty air from the lake really makes for terrible air quality. Co. is higher Elevation though. That is the reason very few national events come to Utah.
