wrecked wrx

my wrecked wrx

Here is a picture of my car. It was wrecked back in march when a woman in a pickup ran a red light and t boned me. i have more pictures but they are on film and i don't have a scanner right now so maybe some day you can all see the full devastation.

That isn't even a tell all picture (man i need a scanner) the whole car was destroyed my door was difficult to open the steering wheel was moved off center like 23 cm i heard one of the cops say. and somehow even the passenger side tail light was broke i can't explain that one.

why would you get another car other than a subaru, it saved your life. imagine if you where in a saturn or something cheap like that, their external panels are made from plastic.


are you parting it out? or did the insurance company keep it. because i see leather seats which alot of people want.

the insurance kept it because i had a loan on it i couldn't buy it back because i didn't technically own it. i think if i would have been able to keep it i would have kept the seats and things like that i haven't found another one yet with leather.

hey man its good to see that your ok. i took it hard bout 2 weeks ago in my GSX. i was doing 80+ and a deer jumped out in front of me and i swerved to miss it and lost control and slammed into the guardrail....here's some pics....this is also why im stepping out of the DSM world and into the Suby world....this is the 3rd dsm ive had to see go....the other 2 werent my fault either but w'e....

That's not nearly as bad as what my one friend's awd talon looked like after he wrapped it around a tree. He has a permanent limp now thanks to that accident and some added steel to his bone structure. Don't have any pics to show you...but it was ugly. AWD doesn't save you from everything.

^ yea so true, but i think i would have been in worse condition it i was FWD....haha....before the insurance guy got there i stripped everything that i could....bout $4000 worth of parts
