^^^ Have you worked on an Infiniti ? WTH are you thinking ?

I don't think the SHO will take off. The pricetag is a bit steep. But you never know.

And FYI the Fusion does have the 3.5L as an option w/the same power... Looking into that for my wife- either the SEL trim or Sport. AWD of course. Luckily I'm on the Ford Z plan since my grandpa is a retiree of ford.

I wasn't saying one or the other would be better to tune, simply going stock for stock. Have you ever driven a G37? they are really nice cars, and in my opinion easier to operate than a BMW, with all the bells and whistles, namely the smg trans and idrive. Just my .02

err, the "smg trans" is an option and you can "do without" and just use the 6 speed manual... (never heard it called that).

And yeah, I did compare it.... many people suffer from the "American cars are crap comaprared to 4-N car" syndrome; don't fall into the trap. There are many things that go into an automotive experience, least of which is maintenance expense. I OWN a 335xi sedan and I can tell you how much my first service cost me... and it was a lot more than any other car I have owned. Get with modern times; Ford has been rated as one of the top auto-makers in quality... I guess quality IS job 1?

Easier than a wheel, shifter, and 3 pedals?

Have you ever friggin sat in a ford five hundred? G37!?!? You can't even sit in the back seat of that thing with the seat back. It's smaller than a damn Impreza in a lot of ways. The five hundred is an american sized full size. Which is to say larger than a japaneze full size which we call "midsized" over here. It's a big friggin' car for people who actually use the back seat. Comparison totally invalid.
