I usually just nod as if to say "Nice Ride Bro " and usually get some response. Most people around here are too busy on the phone or trying to cut you off to care though.

In my area there are people that have a lot of money and there is a town on every side of us that is considered a rich community so there are a lot of STIs floating around here and I alway give the wave and plus I get looks in my 06 that still has dealer plates but I have yet to have anyone wave at me first.

I used to own a honda s2000, we used to either beep, wave, or nod, and S2000s around my way are rare. so barely ever, but every time we did the wave, just a respect thing, so I do the same with my wrx, and get it back.

I see a guy everyday on my way to school that has an 04 or 05 WRX wagon. He is always going the other way but today he initiated the wave which was pretty cool.

Just purchased an 2006 WRX TR... I will definately WAVE. Its a community... us WRX owners need to stick together... I don't know how well it will work once I get my tint installed (15%). At night it's gonna suck, but the look is worth it... plus it isn't perminant. What are reasons for not waving?

I live in Ventura County..about 1hr north of LA. and WRX's are pretty rare in this county..at least from my expierences....i just got my 05 wrx 3 weeks ago..and ive been givin the wave to fellow WRX'ers and a White 01' 2.5rs. 90percent of the time, i get the wave back so its pretty cool.

however i also get these...Ford focus SVT(shitty vehicle team) <-sorry if i offended anyone. Beat up Elcipse's and SRT4's (Straight line Racing Technology) trying to race me at the lights. i just look at them and smile..and let them have thier fun...btw i think street racing is lame.
