Subaru dealership and no subbies?

So I went to the subaru dealership that i always go for parts and service to pick up a part and I noticed there weren't any subbies on their lot. I take that back, I saw an older used outback and a bunch of used cars.

Is this the time of the year when they are making room for all the new cars (2010)? I just found it kind of odd, or is this particular dealership about to go out of business?

I was gonna drive through the lot just to waste time and look at some of them and nothing.

I was hoping to see the new outback for 2010. It's suppose to be an suv and not that crappy outback we all hate.

rollin on 17's now and they're dirty

The dealerships around me do not carry a single WRX or STI ever, drives me completely insane. They also only have base model legacys.

Cash for clunkers cleared out the entire inventory. They don't make the cars year round either so many dealers simply don't have any cars to sell. Subaru didn't have massive backlogs of inventory like GM and crysler nor the capability to push out a few extras through the distribution chain like toyota and ford did so basically yeah, there are a lot of empty dealers right now.

That makes sense. The lot usually has a decent to good inventory. I completely forgot about the cash for clunkers thing going on.

I still want to look at one of the new outback suv's.

Up here there is NO way to get a WRX. I had to search the internet to find one. The guy at the dealership said that he would look for one for me and get back to me. I gave him a 4 month window and he never even called me back. They stock impreza's but not a single WRX. It really sucks when I want to burn some time and there aren't any WRX's or Sti's to look at.

Dealers here have a couple wrxs, but very rarely any STis. I had to drive 350 miles to get one used.
