so why are you trying to kill your new STi with a boost controller. you had the money, why not get an AP or UTEC and do it right?

Yeah, thats what I was thinking? The Apexi stuff is bad for our cars you would be way better off with the AP, UTEC or Ecutek. I have heard good things about the Ecutek on the 06's

My turbo's fixed and a lot better =)

Some people use the AVCR with the UTEC for a little more solid boost control. As for using it by itself though, you'll want to listen to these guys.

My car is well, it's like 10 lbs of shit in a 5 lb bag...

With the AP if you still want to keep that AVCR, your tuner will have a whale of a time tuning it with the AP. They will have a tendency to fight with one another.

There should probably be a period or two in there. It would make for much easier reading. This is all too confusing for me. You had a TR get stolen and you got enough money out of it to buy an 06 STI? Why do you have the AVCR if you also have the AP? Cobb would tell you that is a no no.

its hard to be anti EBC because it does help when incorporated with the tune.

But if you have an AP or UTEC, you don't need an EBC. On the other hand, if you have an EBC, you need EM. So why not just kill 2 birds?
