I got a Ebay special no name brand that works great. I've had it so long that I can't even remember which company I got it from...

Yakima makes a pretty decent roof rack. I've been using their Q-Towers (custom mounted under the roof weather stripping using modified clips instead of on the window edges), round bars (trimmed), and FatCat6 rack for several seasons now with great success. I've only had to replace one plastic end cap which apparently got hit by some debris and cracked and I oil the locks once in a while to keep them working properly - everything is lockable. Mine sits sort of high off the roof, but it allows me to carry two snowboards facing up and two facing down at the same time with plenty of clearance instead of tilting the racks to one side (which is another nice feature they have).
