Thats just dumb. I think you should be proud to drive around the car you have. Its real cheap to try to turn an Acura into a Ferrari. It doesn't even look authentic. That is just my two pennies though.

Agreed. I think trying to make your car look like a completely different model, like the ferrari mr2 kits or the ferrari 240z kits, is lame as hell.

True, take pride in what you have, BUT...

.....That is a pretty incredible conversion. I think it looks real good. You at least have to give them props for pulling that off.

I disagree. I can tell the difference between a real F40 and the NSX just by looking at it. On the road is the same way. Which is why I think that is just dumb.

You have to give them props for doing it, regardless of whether you like it or not. Could you pull that off? No you couldn't.

Aside from the fact that they butchered a nice car.... WHAT WERE YOU DOING ON J-BODY.ORG?

Anyone want to take a guess on how much money was actually "saved" doing this conversion? I'm guessing that for another $10K they could have just bought the Ferrari and avoided doing something that absurd to such a nice car. RIP NSX.

No I don't have to give them props. They spent all that time, work and money on doing something ridiculously stupid. I don't give them anything.

That wouldnt cost all that much to make. Fiberglass isn't all that expensive, it is just a huge time investment. I helped repair my buddies c3 body and that took long enough, i cant imagine putting that much time and effort into building a whole new body. I give them lots of respect, because that is really hard to do.
