New To The Subaru Family

Hey guys my name is Anthony and I am a newbie to the Subaru world. I purchased an 05 rex about 6 months ago and I am extremely happy with it. This has always been my dream to own a wrx specifically an STi in WRBlue (something about the royal blue with gold) hehe. Although I could not afford the STi I am more than pleased with my wrx. I just moved from NC to CA and I wanted to know if there was anyone from the Bay Area on this board. Thanks guys!

Oh boy, not the shop question... yeah, there are a few shops. I'm a big advocate of doing things yourself though.

Welcome to the community - I'm sure you'll love your car. You'll find a big Subie following in the Bay Area. It's a bit scattered over a few different forums, but you'll find it. We tend to have a lot of I-Club-ers around here.

YEa! I'll be sure to honk back, so we can scare the old people. I'm the only blue WRX with white painted stock rims. Please don't laugh too hard as the previous owner did it. It looks OK but I am working on getting some Rota Tarmac II's eventually. I'll be on the lookout for you. Later!
