I'm outside Portland, OR and I ended up paying 160k, pretty reasonable compared to everything else that we've looked at. I'm just on the edge of wine country and there are several vineyards closeby. The patio is great, it stretches the entire length of the garage side of the house which will be nice for motorcycle storage.
