Lookin for Subie Chicks!!

Just wondering how many Subie chicks we got out there? I want to buy my wife an STI to race (She currently races a Civic SI), but she seems to think the Subie is very un-feminine. She thinks it's a guy's car, and that it doesn't have lines that appeal to women. I need some help convincing her gals! She told me yesterday that she wants an Evo, and i can't help but give her what she wants...

I'm afraid. !Cry!

Yeah, the Evo is fine. But an STI would be even better.

I guess if we have to get an Evo, at least she likes the current one, with the 4G63, instead of the new one coming out.

Wow, if she gets an Evo, our racing rivalry will reach new heights...Husband's Subie vs. Wife's Evo. I'm sure i can take her. *grin*

I know the STi has "boy racer" written all over it, but what lines does the Evo has that makes it more appealing? Lets face it they are both Rallied out econoboxes, not flattering at all. If she wants something with lines that says "girl racer" get a Miata...lol

my wife drives a WRX as well, but yeah, the WRS/STi do scream boy racer, at least until 08, then they become bubbly and cute...maybe get her one of those.

Oh yeah, I fart in that model's general direction

Matthew
Wow, it can turn well too?

Not incredibly impressed with either the new WRX or the new EVO....I'm not sure what she doesn't like...she says the Evo looks 'sexier'.

I am having her read this forum though, so maybe we can sway her....that and the '07 STI i'm bringing home from the dealership for her to drive for a couple days. I figure if i take the wheels off her Civic and hide them, she won't have a choice but to drive it...Muahha!

Tell her there are LOTS of females who drive Subarus! Sure, I'm talking about the base model Forester, and yeah most of them are lesbians, but still...

go to clubwrx.net. I don't know why, but there are a bunch of girls there. anyway, I don't really see what's wrong with her getting an evo. if it breaks down she can still catch a ride in your car.

My girl loves her STI and she is 20. Tell your girl to test drive a few cars that she thinks she might like, and then just have her test drive a WRX or an STI. Maybe when she sees the performance difference she will submit to thier superiority.

Or, she could be like most girls and say that it is ugly and to hell with performance, but its worth a try
