I'm bored and playing around and found these.. Here are a few pictures from back in the days before my WRX.. My 2001 Toyota Celica GTS.. They might be out there already but I can't remember...

I was in the process of painting my side skirts..

I got challanged to a burn out contest by a guy at work.. Yes I put in a TRD LSD..

Here was the end result of our contest.. Think I won?? Mine are the Possi and his (Focus) is the one wheel peal..

I did a little here and there. Nothing major internal but a lot of bolt ons..

To be honest the GTS isn't that bad.. They suck in the TQ area 130ftlbs, but it ran 180hp with a Power band thanks to the varrialbe valve timming.. About 6k they push you back and pull up to the 8g redline.. It also was loaded with a 6 speed manual.. The only down side for add ons is that they are 11 to 1 compression stock which really limits your boost options, also it's a fully open deck.. But to be honest when I was stage 2 I wouldn't run one on the highway.. They have massive top end.. I had mine to over 160.

Negative. Tradded her in for the WRX.. The WRX had a lot more potential for power..

Nope. NA.. I wanted boost however which is why I upgraded to the WRX. The GTS option package severly limits the power options however the cheaper lower compression GT was a decent base for turbos..
