I think this is a cool idea.. i should sell it to subaru.

ok imagine this...

subaru roadster...

it would be like a bmw z4 style/honda s2000 that kinda roadster look.

flat 6 motor, with an sti turbo setup...

the best part would be that it is awd and probably weight about 2900lbs.

i think an awd roadster by subaru would rock. itd be a 2 seater like a typical roadster, but i am sure it would own the roadster market.

imagine the power from that! h6 motor with an sti turbo setup.. it would be damn near 340hp and probably 350+ torque.

anyone else like this idea?

I like it, but it would just be a mid-life crisis penis extension for most people, just like all other roadsters. It would be pretty swank though.

2007 Satin White STi, 1989 Nissan Sil-Coupe, 1998 Toyota 4runner (to be built..)...

yeah i guess it would be essentially the samething.. but it would be badass if it had a subaru look to it. without the hatchback of the porsche. more like a z4 or s2k

they cna ask perrin for help on the motor. they built an '06 STi with an H6 and then slapped a garret t35 turbo on it.

it would be great but you'd be hard pressed to get them to go for it. they've broken the sport compact market well enough with the wrx/sti that they may not want to risk a move like that.
