Honest thoughts on...

So I just my SPT and I didnt think the modding bug would bite this hard but man, its like I got to have and now. I am still under warranties so I am staying strong to not get a DP or other big mods like that. But I know I need to wait for a EM or a Protune. Sooooo I am really thinking about Cobbs AP. I know it is a good product, but question goes out to hear your thoughts on buying it used. What are your guys' thoughts? I am a little unsure on buying used, but also realize I could get it sooner because its cheaper.

If you are going to get a used one, the biggest thing to make sure is that the AP is unmarried from the previous car. If its not its not worth a thing to you. Also make sure to get the cable and the software to put on your computer so you can use some of the other features of the AP. Other than that its a great product and nothing wrong with used. Good luck with your search.

+1 for a used Cobb AP...that's what I got...but like newtothegame said..MAKE SURE IT IS UNMARRIED! Unmarried pretty much means that is is not linked to any car...if it was married, then you would not be able to install it on your car... You can probably find a very good used AP v2 for like 400-450 bucks...
