Other than DIY models I also have an Autoart WRX and EVO...these things are DETAILED and are really sweet looking!!! AUTOart - AUTOart -
They have a whole bunch of different models of both if you search their site...
Nice! I think the wheels look like Rota Boosts. If you take off the wing, repaint the thing silver, and change the headlights to 06/07, it's basically your car.

The rims are the TE-37s. And actually it would be easier to change than that. They have an 06 body for it, and its already painted, Im just that lazy sometimes, lol.

lol....dont feel bad. I just got motivated to pick up a couple models. It use to be a real big hobby of mine. I havent built one in about 6 years. I never got into the R/C thing. they seemed to fast and hard to control.

Aw.. I tried. It would be pretty cool to bring an R/C replica of your car with you to car shows and either display it on your dash, in your engine bay, or somewhere else near your car - or just cruise it around next to your car. I used to build model cars too, but I just don't have the time any more. Never really got into R/C because that hobby was a little too expensive - although I did have a neon green Fast Traxx at one point if anybody remembers those

Mine was a christmas gift from my dad while I was deployed. it took me awhile to get the hang of it, and the car did pay the price. So in all actuality it does need a new body. Unlike my real WRX, the R/C version is fast enough as it is. All I upgraded was the battery for longing driving time.

Post them on up in here! I'm thinking about going and picking up another one. I'm never using enamel paint again though, takes way too long to dry.
Yeah I love RC...especially planes...I want to get my pilots license someday (sooner rather than later) but for now gotta stick with models. Getting off topic a little, but I've been slaving over this the last couple months in my spare time...It's a Piper Cub, it's the first time I've built a model plane from a kit...I will be sooo mad when I crash it for the first time lol, but it's just about ready to be covered!
