You're right turmic, it's mostly Redline Lightweight Shockproof (slightly less than 3 Quarts), with 1 Liter of Motul Gear 300 75w90 mixed in.
The factory service manual recommends changing the transmission fluid every 30,000 miles, which is what I was doing up until my stock WRX 5 speed transmission failed somewhere between 84,000-87,000 miles.
I contacted Albins directly (I'll be using their stock ratio Helical 5 speed gears) and they recommended using only Redline Lightweight Shockproof with their syncromesh gears. I mentioned that I was considering using the Andrewtech Cocktail and they responded that the Liter of Motul Gear 300 wouldn't hurt anything and, in fact, might help it shift a little faster, so I'm pretty much sold on that mixture. They also recommended halving the trans fluid change intervals to about every 15,000 miles or so, so I'll be doing that too.
When I last purchased the ingredients, I found:
1 Liter Motul Gear 300 75W-90 for $15.95 @ mynismo.com
1 Quart Redline Lightweight Shockproof 75W-140 for $10.95 @ c3motorsports.com
(the above prices were accurate as of March 2011 and don't include shipping)
