Blue Ridge Subaru Club

Just thought I'd form this thread for us Blue Ridge Subaru Club guys/girls (and anyone else who wants to stop in). We have been on here a lot recently, and I figure that since the forum we have on our website is getting to be a headache I'd just start a thread for us here.

Hope the mods don't mind!!!

Man. Sorry to hear that. I'm worried about that myself. I travel back and forth between Roanoke and Lynchburg 3 or 4 times a week, usually at night. Last time I counted 33 deer along 460.

Anyways, hope you are okay!

at least YOU did it.....not someone else. that was my cars story...at least you got some hair and blood, too! hehehe this is why i have a kill permit at my house....go on "Deerslayer Quest" every year....usually get about 50-75 deer each year.

Made it.

Sorry to hear about the deer....been seeing them all over myself, the weather is no help, came across 4 the other day, midday...just grazing along not spooked by my car or anything.

Just a post to let everyone know I am still around...have not had much of a chance to get to the computer....picked up a pretty bad cold somewhere, layed out of work today, giving me the chance to catch up online. Registered here...am going to re-register at I-club under this name, this is also my AIM name...so anyone feel free to look me up if you ever catch me online...not on at most normal hours...generally after 12:30 A.M.

Thumbs up Finally !!!!!

It is about time....WOW that took forever....

The insurance adjuster did not get to look at the car until Tuesday. An entire week later...Man, that took a looooong time.
The body shop called me this morning with the estimate: $4,158.62.
New hood
New grill
New radiator bracket
New piece between grill & headlight assy
New left headlight assy
New front bumper
New left foglight
New battery & battery holder brackets
New left front fender
New driver's side front door
Fix driver's side back door

Parts orders started today, but they do not estimate being finished until after July 4th holiday !Cry!

My piece of the pie..... $100.00 Yeah comprehesive insurance

I am disappointed she will not be ready in time for the group pictures

On the plus side, I get to take the rental car to Cleveland for July 4th and don't have to worry about putting lots more miles on the WRX.
But I really wanted to see how she would do on a long trip, Oh Well, maybe next time.

Take care all,
Milton
