Annoying sound, not really

So I know several people are always asking about BOVs, wanting to hear the "cool" whoosh, all the stuff that comes with having a turbo'd car. Well I finally found a (very) short clip of my car the day after I got it off the dyno. The mods are TD06-20G, TurboXS TMIC, Cobb TBE, Cobb SRI w/box, Perrin BPV, DW 850cc injectors, Kukamei uppipe, warlboro fuel pump, 3 Port BCS, and a custom tune (at 92OCT) on my Cobb AP. Everything on this car is kept in the exhaust or intake track, nothing is vented to the atmosphere. Granted the radio isnt on, but with the radio at "normal" levels (where you and a passenger can still have a conversation) you can still hear the BPV and the turbo spool.

I will try and get a longer video up if time permits. I have been having issues with my Perrin BPV lately though. Trying to get it adjusted again, just takes time, and patience, the latter one I lack.

Wow, that's slightly louder than I thought it would be.

Exactly, and thats recirculated. My friends that had rode with me says it louder on the outside when I go by, but I dont have any "drive-by" vids, yet. Raining today, so no messing with the BPV or vids either (what a good excuse, lol).

Definitely sounds good though.. do you remember what gears you used in that vid? It revved awfully fast and I bet you didn't even come close to using all the power

If I recall it was from second to third, and then someone pulled out in front of me, so it got cut short. And it was on a road that was seldom used. And no, the power wasnt fully used. My redline was raised during the tune also, if I recall its around 7300 now (or 300RPMs over stock).

Im just needing to adjust the BPV and get over the fact I had to downgrade from 92 OCT to 91OCT here in Kansas.

Yep, and that equals more and louder noise(s). But I have come to live with it, becuase without it, theres not this extra power that I have
