How did you launch and what have you dont to your car thus far?

So far, all I have is a MBC and a AEM alternater pulley. My launch was a good, old-fashioned, tranny breakin' drop clutch launch. I inflated the tires to 40 psi so when I launched ( at about 5k) the tires would break loose for just enough to prevent bogging. It seemed to work OK ( a 1.88 60' time).

I finally got my car at the track yesterday. Best run was:

I only got one more pass. It was a 14.3 (bogged really bad out of the hole). After that run, a bunch of Honda guys were drinking in the staging lanes and when it came time to run, I get accused of drinking and get thrown out of staging. I wasn't drinking and I get asked to leave, but the guys that were drinking get to continue racing. I guess the only thing to do is try to file a complaint on the track.
