Tie Rod Replacement

So my inner tie rod is bad on my passenger side. So I'm thinking about replacing the inner and outer tie rods on both sides just to be safe. I'm looking at getting the parts but I'm not sure if the outer tie rod end comes with the boot installed that attaches to the knuckle. Does anyone know if it does or not?

Thanks,

Brian

I just recently found out my passenger tie rod is also bad on my Outback when I was getting the tires replaced. Found this walkthru, but I'm unsure if it's the same as the WRX.
