From what I gather, the H-Techs are a bit less of a drop, and they handle a bit better (when paired up with aftermarket struts). The S-Techs are more of a 'looks' kind of spring, so the handling with those isn't quite as good, as they were designed more for cosmetics than handling performance. Many say the S-Techs are too much of a drop for WRXs...well, I have them with AGX struts and LOVE the look and ride. I use my car as a daily driver, and don't need competition-like handling and performance from my suspension.
