It's all about finding the right oversteer/understeer balance for the way you drive. But keep in mind, though front/rear strut bars might cancel out the overtsteer/understeer effect of each other, they will certainly stiffen the car in cornering, making for better handling.

Thanks iceman, anybody know where i can read on all this so i know which route to take so i stop bugging everyone with ?s I just want my car to handle clean and smooth, safe but still outhandle stock

Quack is more helpful than not
the front on the wagon is already 20mm. i just used a 20mm sedan rear sway (usually found for less than $50) and it made a nice difference. then i added TEIN H-techs and it made a world of difference.
