I have read and heard good review(s) about Whiteline, Cobb and Perrin. I hav also heard recommendation that you should also replace your endlinks while you are at it. As far as that goes I have heard Mosc say to stay away from Cobbs front endlinks just becuase they are noisy. As far as recommendation goes kind of depends on what you actually want to spend on one, I wouldnt go with some ebay brand, I personally am kind of partial to Cobb. Just my two cents though.

I believe he's asking about strut bars, not sway bars

the front strut bar isn't going to give you much in the way of performance enhnacement (certainly won't hurt it though) as the WRX is very well reiinforced betwen the two strut towers

as long as you get good fitment, brand isn't going to differ much

I have the SPT one. It's nice, fits perfectly, but pricey. Didn't notice a damn then after I installed it. Good thing it was free.

i bought the whole shebang off ebay. The 3 piece knockoff set consisting of front and rear tower with lower h brace. I installed all 3 and wow the difference was night and day. I think it was less than $100 total. For what its woth the car is bone stock suspension wise until i did these. No way i would ever fork out hundreds for name brand parts. i cant imagine that a simple brace can be made that much better. Some other parts, yes, i go name brand, but strut bars? F-it i say go ebay
