Sticky breaks after sitting

So I have started my real job and I can walk to work. The down side is that the WRX sits for weeks at a time. I just got in it today (after at 2.5 weeks of sitting in a garage) and the breaks were slightly stuck. (I had to give a little more gas to get it to move and then the breaks ground for a little while) I did wash the car before parking it. Does this happen from sitting or is this telling me it is time to replace my pads or calipers. I have stock pad and rotors.

Your rotors just rusted to your pads, no worries. They will do that when washed and not driven.

BTW it's "brakes".

Yeah, I noticed the mispelling after I posted I thought it might just be some rust. Just wanted to make sure. Thanks

I noticed I forgot a smiley after the brakes thing, looked kinda douchey, sorry.

The rotors being naked metal makes them develop surface rust almost immediately. even an couple hours of sitting wet.
