Something doesnt feel right after lowering

I was wondering if this is normal. I just got a set of swift springs installed on my stock struts today, and after i drove off I noticed the car going to the right but when i made a left turn the car wants to go to the left not the right anymore. When I make another right the car want to go to the right not the left anymore. Is this only an alignment issue or do you think something was'nt installed properly? Im was gonna get an alignment regardless but i dont know if i have a problem. I dont really feel like paying for an alignment then have to get it done again because somethings wrong with the install.

I say take it right back to where you got it and tell them exactly what you just posted here.

Yeah that's alignment. Just get a re-alignment and you should be good. I had them re-align mine right when the finnished my springs.

what shop installs springs and dosent do an alignment afterwards? I would include that in the quote.
Im sure it will be ok after an alignment.

Thanks for the advice. My friends shop did the drop but it was to late to do the alignment so im going back today for the alignment but I needed my car for work today, plus I wanted to let the springs settle in a bit.

Surely sounds like an alignment issue, lets us know the outcome.

I havent had a chance to bring you guys up 2 date on what was the issue after lowering, so the day after I posted this up I went to get an alignment and it didnt fix the problem same thing was happening. So i take it back to the shop that did the install and they took out the springs and put it back together and still the same problem. This is what I get for not going to my subaru tuner shop to get the car lowered... So I drive the car up to my tuners shop and they take out the springs and say who the hell put these on? The other shop didnt know that there is a hole on the top plate that holds the spring in place that needs to be aligned with the strut, they put it back together problem gone but now alignment was off again, I went back to the shop that did the install showed them pics of what they didnt do right and the guy paid for my realignment and paid for how much i paid at my tuners shop to get it fixed. After having a 3 day headache, the car looks nice and rides great. Swift are some good springs that dont lower your car to much, it looks and feels just right.

Wow, sucks about the headache. But its great that the other shop owned up to their mistake and even resolved the issue (money wise). Congrats on getting the car fixed

Thanks. I was real surprised on how kool the shop was about it, I told them it's at least a learning experience for when somebody else with a wrx comes in to get there car lowered.

Yes my car was the first wrx they had lowered.
