would there be any negative effects to raking (lower in the front) your wrx.

Yes, it'll ruin the suspension of the car. Also could cause rubbing. Also it will change the camber and toe which if too severe can cause a variety of other problems.

yesbut i can fix that by aligning it. but do u know if it will mess with any of the transmission thurst angles or any of the drive train. ive hear of 4 wheeldrive truck havin trouble with this sometimes

Our cars suffer from a lot of dive under braking even with stiffer springs and sways. Rake would just increase that and make the car squirrely under braking, not to mention cornering. I wouldn't do it.
