I've been looking at these rims for a while now, and from what i understand, they would be a pretty good upgrade due to the weight(less than stock by a couple pounds), not to mention the price, but $130 is a great deal. I love the way they will look on my car(08 WR Mica WRX sedan). Also, I'm pretty sure sure they fit my stock tire. Is there any reason to not get them? What do you guys think?
Well, hopefully that picture is not what you're buying because it's a 4 bolt lug pattern
I'd also point you in the direction of OZ Ultraleggera. They make a 17x8" wheel which will give you more tire options and it's very light at 17.0lbs. It also comes in black if you swing that way. Also, there's the Enkei RPF1 rim which weighs a mere 15.6lbs for 17x8". Another great choice available in black. Those are all non-forged options. If you want to spend big bucks you can get even lighter with forged options (like the SSR Type C RS at 15.0lbs).
EDIT: Looks like OZ just came out with a new rim, the "Alleggerita HLT", which is 15.4lbs for 17x8". Costs a lot though. Still probably less than half of what a fully forged rim would though.

didn't notice that, that could be a problem... Sucks that the other pair is 8 and these are 4 because i like these better. How big of a difference would it make v. the 8? Obviously a safer and tighter fit, but is that totally necessary? Would I be better off forking over the $40 for the runaways and suffering the looks a little, or is it possible to get 4 other holes drilled to make it 8?
Edit: Noticed that in the description it said 5 lug(bad image on perrin?), so i guess i should just read the description next time
