Hypermax 11 Coilovers on my 2004 WRX
Just wondering, if anyone is using HKS Hypermax 11 coil overs on their WRX.
I am now using 24 klicks for the Front and 18 Klicks for the Rear. I have - 2.5 Camber in front and -1.5 in the Rear.
I am still on the standard antiroll bars but I have bought a rear cusco adjustable anti roll bar but I have not fitted in as I am waiting for the end links. I will be purchasing a front 22mm soon.
I also have a ALK which is custom made.
On track, I am very happy with the performance as the previous understeer from the standard set-up has been reduced significantly. Car turns in much better.
However, on normal roads, braking hard at 200KMH, my rear is not stable.
The car is also picking up every ridge on the road and is honestly not comfortable.
On the 1st track session on Hypermax, using 18 for front and 12 and the rear, set up was way to soft on track but handling on the road much better in terms of tram lining and the car was not so edgy on the road.
So what is the optimum setting on road and on track?
