freeing seized caliper slider pins

I have a 02 WRX with a little over 100,000 miles on it. I have replaced my brakes several times (front and back). When I replace them i clean and lub the slider pins evertime. The last time I found that the slider pins on the caliper was seized and I could not free some of them up. Does any one have a good way of freeing up seized caliper slider pins?

i would get just like an allen wrench or something out of my tool box that was as close to the diameter of the pin as i could find and then give that a couple LIGHT taps with a hammer, just to help it a bit
