Cusco Rear subframe brace

Hey just wandering if the Cusco Rear Subframe Brace wll bolt on to an aftermartket sway bar or mount? Anyone have any info??? I have the perrin 22mm sways and stout mount if that helps. Thank you...

this site says it won't fit with aftermarket sways and sway mounts.
