cobb springs

Thinking of getting the cobb springs for my 06 WRX so I was wondering first if anyone had any experience with them. I was going to get the spt ones but looking for them anywhere but a suby dealer is confusing as hell. I mean they have jdm, pink, STi, etc. Anyway, the cobb ones seem to be the same type of set up as the spt ones but for roughly 100 bucks less than the dealer want. Secondly, my stupid newby question, do I need to have the car aligned after having the springs installed. Rather than asking the shop I want to go in there knowing if I have to or not rather than wondering if they are feeding me BS or not. Thanks

You definately don't HAVE to get it aligned. But, Yes, you need to get it aligned.

You will need an alignment and should also look into shocks/strusts also as your stock ones will wear out much faster being that the Cobb springs are stiffer than stock.

cobb springs on the 06 go very low FYI... a buddy has them and he is tucking the rear tires when he is in his car... about 2 finger gap up front and 0 finger gap in rear...

looks awesome, just hope you want to be that low

How big are his tires/rims? Maybe that is why.

ya thats how mine are, not to soft and not extremely stiff but it does become noticiably bumpy ride over stock, i like them, perfect height for me, look at some of my pics in THE HANGOUT to see if you like the way they look
