Another spring question

Ok im looking to lower car slightly as on occation i will drive down to Ensenada Mexico. Where i drive to is on dirt roads and im afraid if i lower it too much i wont have as much fun as with stock . anyways i was wondering if anyone has any opinion on the best springs to go with that will lower enough but will still allow me to take it on dirt roads . thanks

i think the stock height is about as low as you want to go for spirited off road driving. but its really reliant on what you consider off road. if there are any kind of rocks or roots or dips and holes, i wouldn't change a damn thing. if its nice fine dirt and only dirt you could probably do what you want.

sti springs are quite stiff. stiffer cars are less forgiving cars.

Cobbs springs supposedly work with stock struts also.
