215 H or 205 V

Hey Guys
I have settled on a tire with your help but now I am trying to decide whether a narrower tire is worth a higher speed rating and stiffer sidewalls. I have to choose because the Tire I want, either the Fuzion Hri or Vri comes from Tirerack in only 215/55/16 in the H or 205/5516 in the V or H. Is that extra 10 millimeters worth it to drop almost 20Mph in speed rating and sidewall stiffness? Keep in mind that I wont be using these on a track and I will probably never see the top end of either tire max speed. I do like to take my corners HARD though.
Thanks so much for your help!

Speed ratings are almost completely meaningless. I would view those two tires as identical.

As for width, you don't really want to raise the external diameter of your tire much. Also, your rim is only 6.5" wide. 215/55/16 is .4" taller and a whopping 30% wider than your rim. Especially with squishy all seasons like you suggest, you really don't want to go much over 25% wider tire than rim. Your sidewalls would be like /

Personally, I'd save some bucks to get a wider rim and a better tire.
