So the up pipe deletes that cat before the turbo? Will I still pass emissions? And the CEL I guess is a computer?
CEL is a check engine light...it can be fixed temporarily until you go stage 2. Which will eliminate the need for the cheap ass fix. This is the only mod I'd suggest a work around for it beyond tuning and fixing it. Beyond Aesthetics mods and Cat back exhausts.

The CEL fix is literally a $.05 resistor and a piece of tape.

Yes you will pass inspection.

It's not overly loud at all, never even been looked at by the police.

Be aware that an exhaust has to be broken it thus this is not representative of what you will have later. Once it's broken in it will get louder and the sound will change slightly. On the M2, as I mentioned on the other thread the insulation, in the muffler will blow out very quickly (1-2 years vs ~10 years on a name brand) and it will get quite loud and the sound will get dirtier and less refined.

eh well it looks like ill be spending money on rear brake pads
pulled the rear tires off to put my mudflaps on and they were worn down pretty bad
mud flaps look great though and not to hard to install kind of a pain at times cause how the tires are

Lol, was your talon pink though?

Get quality pads, it's worth it.

Well found out why the m2 is only 130-150$. Started hearing a rattling sound like the muffler was falling apart. Put it on the lift as found the one exhaust hanger was rusted almost completely off. Wouldn't have lasted much longer and it prob would of been dragging on the ground. But hey you learn from your mistakes. M2 exhaust didn't even last a year on my 06 Wrx didn't even last 10,000 miles.

Talon was yellow after I had my way with her- the 96
My 91 was orange once I finished repairing the fender bender and yanked that hideous wing off
