04 sti rattle noise in the back right strut,need sudgestions and help please

hello. i recently got this car, with 38k
they gave me 30 day warranty and a got them to chance the strut mounts in the back once, after about 50 miles driven i got the noise back, i read in my previous search of many people having this problem with this 04 model.
what can i do with this issue, and what is the best solution.

i would greatly appreciate all help.

Re-pack the struts. Especially if you're on lowering springs, this happens a lot on the 04 STi's... It's one of the reasons for the change in design the following year.

alright! thanks my friend, im gonna try that as soon as i get a chance. do you know why this problem exist? does it afect at all, or is it just the noise?

Noise is a sign they're wearing out. They just wear out quickly. A good packing will last much longer though. Use stock springs.

thanks a lot my friend, sorry im asking suck a simple question, really apreciate your help.

is there anything else i should put my i on this little monster? that would help alot since im new to the sti. i been wanting to get one and i finaly got it, i had a black 03 1.8T gti put some nice moods on it, then a 05 1.8T gli wich i just keap preaty simple with few moods.

thanks again.!!!, hope u can give me some heads up on what to look for and spect from this great car!

Yes, you want to change the exhaust (turbo on back) and get a professional tune. It'll be like a different car.
