borla hush catback. One of the quietest exhaust out there. Or you can find a stock wrx catback from someone. Keep the downpipe and uppipe.

I have a 2003 wrx sedan stock cat back that I am thinking about gettinh rid of (along with the stock down pipe and soon up pipe)...I'm not sure how much I would want to sell it for or if it would even work on your car but if it does or can work its in perfect condition in terms of functionality and doesn't have any leaks or cracks the only thing that could be considered wrong with it is that it is fairly rusted up but that is because it is a 5 year old exhaust.

Probably wouldn't want the up or downpipe. But the borla hush or even a SPT catback...something around those lines would quiet it up a lot. Where is that exhaust link that shows db? heh...

edit: This the best i could find. Look at the chart at the bottom of the link. WRX STi Exhaust: Catback & Turboback Exhausts, Gaskets, Hangers, Headers & Components JSC Speed

I have a borla hush on my car and I just wanted to say although I love it, it's not the quietest exhaust on the market. It's a fair bit louder than stock, especially at higher RPMs. Course, it may be still quiet enough to satisfy the wife, especially if she's used to something DESIGNED to be Really F-ing Loud (hence the RFL)

What about an STi catback, are they quiet? I know that some of you WRXers get the STi catback instead of an aftermarket, wouldn't it keep some performance too? But i'm not sure on how loud they are (with a Downpipe)

I dont think the STi catback will fit on a wagon, but I may be wrong.

Actually, it will probably fit. I was just looking at some exhaust systems and there was no difference in sedan and wagon. Most places just sell for wrx, not specifying wagon or sedan.
