It depends on your dealer. Techincally, if something were to happen as a direct result of the catless up-pipe then the dealership could void your warranty. Legally though they must prove that. If you let them push you around they could void the powertrain if they see it during routine maintenance.



It should pass emissions in most every state. There are still two more cats downstream of the pre-cat which will take care of all the emissions.

It will pass emmission no problem and my dealer said no problem on warranty. They said until I changed the turbo they'd have no problems with warranty issues. and even after that the turbo would only affect the engine itself, not anything else.

God02, sounds like you have a pretty good dealer to work with!



Internetay, I'd recommend a couple of quick phone calls to your local dealers to see what they have to say in the matter. Opinions will change from dealer to dealer, so make sure there's one around that's mod friendly first. Or you can just say screw it and mod away
