I agree with said above statement. Its alrite to go up in stages. You dont have to go all out at once. Its nice, but add power bit by bit to see where you want to go with your car. I was stage 1 for a year (plus deployment time) then stage 2 for almost a year, and finally getting my 20G put in.

You will start seeing the proven paths of modding as you hang around here and read more. Just search and ask around.

Learn from my experience of having too many chefs in the kitchen and from my mistakes... read "Need Help ASAP!" thread. The story ends well but was a painful journey.

That said, I would agree to go Cobb stage 1 for starters.

down and up pipe and tune, i did K&N typhoon CAI first. its nice ### i could here the spool and a nice sssssshhhhhh sound wen gas is released. down, up pipe and tune = better wrx. release lag off the TD04. do ebay down and up pipe. i got them and over a year wit no problems. i even went 8 months wit out a tune witht them. but get the tune
