what time should i run?

hey everyone im new to the wrx seen and to the site. i just recently bought a wrx with alot done to it. i was wondering what times i should see on the track or what i should run around. heres a list of my mods.

full turbo back exhaust. apexi n1
apr front mount intercooler kit.
helix oil catch can
ihi vh30 turbo upgrade.
sti pink 565 injecters
utec
short throw shift kit.
clutch
apr blov
ground kit
ssautochrome headers and uppipe
boost controller.
perrin fuel rails and regulater.

I was told from the person who owned it before that it was dynod at 292whp and 310ftp torque at 17psi. and that was before a i got the headers and uppipe and the perrin fuel rails. he also said i could run more boost, but id like to get all of my new stuff installed and get it dynod and tuned first.

Well this is just a guess, but the 240whp STi can run low 13s with a good driver. So I am guessing you could run mids 12s if you are a good driver.

ya the tranny was brand new 3k ago so thats good, but i noticed today i was blowing more and more smoke out my exhaust and it just didnt seem as fast. so i took the intercooler pipe off and its caked with oil so im guessing my turbo is gone.
