Weird noises :( help!

So my wrx was hit in the front the fenders hood bumper raderator all the belts except for the timing belt that's was fine but they did replace the timing belt case because it was broken. So I went to pick it up because it was all done and when I started it it made this loude whistleing noise it was coming from the area around the bov or the alternator or the blets we don't know what it is. When we rev it up it gettes louder and when we let off it gets louder but when it idles it dosnt make the noise can any one help with this im scared theres somthing wrong with the motor !Cry!

Does it get louder revving while stationary ? I would check belts and the AC idler pulley first. Start with a squirt of WD-40 on the idler, see if it goes away. If not, try a small squirt right on the AC belt, then the alt/ps belt. I'm in Denver if you want somebody else to listen to it. Shoot me a PM
