I spoke with Jerry Hagen (2/20/07) the owner of deadbolt and he said that they can {port the wastegate AND enlarge the waste gate flapper and upgrade the actuator all as a service he provides and that was what I am refering to. I am sorry about the confusion, But that is the fix for that problem. Sorry dumdum for getting you fired up , you are very knowledgable about subarus , thanks for calling out the error.
Thanks everyone

I just didn't want anybody getting all that work done just to find out they can adjust most of it out by adjusting the wastegate arm. http://www.scoobymods.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3654

Thats cool man. Yeah this problem is a real pain in the butt. I couldnt adjust the arm on my stock turbo enough to take it away and since my vf 22 doesnt have a adjustable acuator that would be my only option.

Some things I can live with.

Hey it was good talking to you , I will keep a eye out for your post. It is good to have knowledgable people helping others out.

Oh yeah If XRT could ever help you out with anything please keep us in mind!

Ok so at the end of the day the wastegate flutter is not bad for your car. I have a power enterprise 1820 turbo and a turbo xs rfl BOV, and under certain boost ill hear the flutter followed by the BOV sound. So just trying to get this all summed up to is or is not bad for the car.
