vf43 on 2002 wrx

So my friend has a 2007 STi and he just ordered an upgraded turbo, injectors, etc.. He said he would give me a good deal on his stock vf 43 turbo and his injectors if i wanted to buy them from him. My question is will the turbo bolt directly on? I already have a walbro 255 fuel pump sitting in my garage waiting to get put in. My car has FMIC, cobb ap stage 2, sf intake, hks turbo timer, TBE. sorry for being such a newb but i would appreciate any advice you can give. Thanks

The VF43 will bolt right on. There will be a slight increase in lag but more top end. Make sure you get a protune or find a base map made for the parts you have.

All the IHI VF are bolt-on but make sure that you get tuned.

The turbo will work but you are going to need to get different injectors. The 07's are a side feed injector and the 02's are top feed. If you could live with out your car for a couple weeks you could send out your injectors to getted modded. If not I would look for some other injectors for the swap then modify and sell your old ones. Or if your like me hold on to them if you ever want to return to stock and sell the aftermarket stuff.

Incorrect, the 07 STi injectors are TOP FEED they will fit your car no problem. 04-06STi's are side feed, and 02-07wrx and 07STi are top feed. If he gives you a good deal on the injectors get them.

No I haven't put any of it on my car yet. I have to wait for him to get his new turbo and stuff before he will take it off his car.

I checked out the PDX Tuning site, I am pretty sure that I will have them send me a map before I get it pro tuned. Beings I live in Spearfish South Dakota and we dont have any reputable tuners around here I would have to go to Denver or Sioux Falls to get it tuned. Beings the elevation is different will it mess up my pro tune once i get the car back to Spearfish?

If you go to PDX tuning they might be able to factor that in. I was looking at the internet tunes they offer, it asks for the elevation of where you drive your car. Call/email them Im sure they could give you a straight answer.
