A reputable tuner shows on his website dynocharts of VF34 and EJ5.

VF34 makes more power where as the Momentum has better spool.

my 2c...

I was ready to change my VF34 for the EJ5 but these dynocharts make me hesitating...

Oh man, not the Ispeed chart! The car could only make that much power because something was up with it. Look at the front page of the momentum website-same car, same parts, same tuner, more power, better spool. The 34 makes less power than the 40t-there are lots of charts that show it. That ispeed chart is an anomoly. PDX tuning has made more power than the vf34, TDC tuning has made more power than the 34, MAC autosport has made more power than the 34, SuperRoopair/Tarmac has made more power than the 34, XX tuning has made more power than the 34. The 34 is smaller than the ej540t, don't beleive the hype.

I-speed are the only dyno chart like that...the 40T is the badazz and WAY better in everyway compared the the Vf34..that I know from personal experience

How is the 40T able to acheive better spool and more power than the vf34? It it better bearing or blade design? Usually you sacrifice to get something. I'm all about low end, quick spool over max hp if it helps cater your answer.

It's just blade design. The ej5-40t has a superior compressor wheel when compared to the vf34.....
