Any of them as long as it's a reputable brand.

^+1 I went cheap and regretted it badly. A month of trying different things to get it sealed up. Got a pipe with a warped up to mani flange. Even the awesome grimspeed 2x thick gaskets can't completely seal it. The leak that's left is so minor I haven't been that worried about it. Nothing noticable with the performance. But with all the money I spent on trying all the fixes, I could have bought two uppipes(or one good one).

Get an STI or 06-07 WRX one. They are catless and will be even cheaper than what was mentioned, if money is an issue. I have a kakumei up pipe on mine only cause my up ppe came cross threaded from the factory. The joys of finding things out for a turbo upgrade.

Their all going to perform somewhat the same, fitment is what your after
I only went with HKS because then it would match the rest of my exhaust.

Not true Randy, you start getting into the larger diameter UP's they will foul your spool up.

I had a Prodrive UP on my stock td04 and I took it back off within 2 weeks and sold it.

Stock diameter is where it's at until a bigger turbo/manifold is needed

I run a vf30 and have great spool with my stock size has.
Wonder if I would get a ton of lag with a larger up?

It wouldn't make it spool like a 20G. You could lose 100-300 RPMs.

grimmspeed's line of modified stock header/uppipe parts are the way I'd go. All the benefits of aftermarket and stock in a reasonably priced package.
