ok.. last night i removed the intake silencer which sounds better not to mention when the turbo begins to spool it climbs to full boost much faster!! but i was driving it the bov was very inconsistent with the way it blew off. sometimes it would be loud and drawn out, other times it would barely make a sound... this was all at full boost too.
i tapped into the same vacuum source that the stock bov was tapped into. i noticed if i hold the throttle down in the same spot for a few seconds it then blows off properly but if i quickly shift before boost has stabilized, little if no sound even when boost is high. one time i did here flutter which may have compressor surge.. hopefully not
